Hello folks.

I'm reaching out to seek your support for Humphrey, my beloved 34-year-old Cuban Iguana featured in numerous videos on my YouTube and Facebook channels.

Recently, Humphrey encountered a health challenge by swallowing a construction staple, leading to a two-week-long struggle for his life.

Cyclura Iguanas, particularly Cuban Iguanas (Cyclura Nubila nubila) species, are just special to me. I just love them, so tame and so beautiful with their Big silver body black chevrons red eyes & belly and black feet but most of all, it is their tame charming personality that just has me hooked. Through my social media platforms, I've dedicated extensive discussions to their behavior, habitat, and medical challenges. In my discussions I talk about everything from their fascinating social lives to the unique threats they face as pets if you know me, you know I am always writing new articles and making videos about their the medical side of the Reptile world.

I try to bring folks an in depth understanding of why they get sick and how to treat them. I also work with the best vets in the world and try to bring a better understanding of their health and the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.

This incident with Humphrey has prompted me to not only focus on his recovery but also to shed light on the unique medical needs of Cyclura Iguanas. In the face of so many unknowns, I'm committed to documenting my journey through this challenging experience. I aim to unravel what we know, what we think we know, and highlight the aspects that remain a mystery.

By sharing this journey, my goal is to contribute valuable information that can benefit veterinarians and informed reptile keepers around the world. Your contribution to Humphrey's medical treatment will not only help in his recovery but also support the broader cause of raising awareness about the specific health challenges faced by these incredible animals.

Thank you for being a part of this journey and for your generous support.
